how long does an order take?
turnaround times vary depending on the piece and level of customisation. as a guide, signature styles typically take 1 - 2 weeks, while bespoke pieces may take slightly longer. if you’re working to a specific date, feel free to get in touch.
what materials do we use?
we work with a range of carefully selected materials including linen, paper, ribbon and other tactile finishes. each piece is chosen to feel considered, timeless, and beautifully made.
can I return my order?
at this time all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
we carefully craft each item and take care to accurately describe sizes, colours, and materials so you know exactly what you’re getting.
if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with a photo, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

do you only create wedding stationery?
not at all — we create pieces for all of life’s events, including birthdays, celebrations, brand events and more.
do you ship internationally?
yes — we proudly ship worldwide. shipping costs and timeframes will be included in your quote.
the order process

select from our signature styles or get in touch via the bespoke page for something more custom.
2. share your details
you’ll share your details with the initial enquiry and any further finishing touches can be provided via email. we’ll endeavour to be in touch within 24 hours of your order being placed.
3. review
you’ll receive a digital proof to review for all orders. for all orders, two rounds of changes are included to keep things simple and stress-free. additional reviews may incur a fee.
4. we design and make
your pieces are thoughtfully designed and carefully made by hand, with attention to finish, balance and detail. each order is checked before it’s sent.
5. delivered and ready to use
your order is packaged with care and delivered ready to style — no assembly, no last-minute jobs, just beautiful details for your day.
